Biceps:
1.) Cross Body Hammer Curls 3x10/10/8
2.) Close Grip Barbell Curls 3x10/8/6
3.) High Cable Curls 3x12/10/8
4.) Laying Cable Curl 3x/10/10/10

Triceps:
1.) Dips: (no weight) 3x15/12/10
2.) Cable Rope Overhead Extension 3x12/10/10
3.) Skull Crushers 3x10/8/6
4.) Reverse Grip Triceps Pushdown 3x10/8/6

Forearms:
1.) Cable Wrist Curl: 4x12/10/10/8
2.) Palms Down Wrist Curl: 4x12/10/10/8
3.) Palms Up Wrist Curl: 4x12/10/8/8

Cooldown:
20 Min Jog

Had a pretty good workout tonight considering the lack of sleep I've gotten the past couple days. I'll be able to sleep in tomorrow and get back on track. This is mostly what my Arms workout looks like maybe swaping out one exercise for another to change it up. Sometimes when I have more time I throw in 5 exercises instead of only 4 but I went pretty heavy and was impressed usually my sets look like 3x10x8/6 but I was able to push 2 more reps out on a few of the exercises today. So pretty happy with how today went so far have nothing negative to say about this product.

As far as mood goes There wasn't much change besides going from kind of sluggish to more alert. Which isn't a bad thing because I felt fine all day but as far as anger or aggression I haven't felt anything like that If anything I would say slightly more excited after consumption, but it's only my 2nd dosage so we'll see after we get a week or so in.

Build XS by Higher Power


Whats up Bro? It's finally Fall that means It's time to put your shirt back on which sucks because you're totally shredded right? Now when you wear a hoodie you look like small and that just doesn't fly when you're a bro. Fall is the perfect time to Bulk up, that means heavy weight, tons of protein, and supplements to turn you into an animal.
